Brazilian mobile payment solutions provider EverMobile has partnered with compatriot financial transactions processor and clearance service provider ATP for a mobile banking offer, EverMobile said in a statement.
Clients of banks which are linked to the electronic banking services network Rede Verde-Amarela (RVA), owned by ATP, will benefit from EverMobile's m-banking solution.
"With this partnership we are now able to quickly insert all banks which have agreements with RVA into the m-banking market, and this currently means 12 banks. Other institutions are also expected to join RVA soon, "EverMobile marketing and alliances director Raul Pavão told BNamericas.
Clients of the banks Banco do Nordeste, Banestes, BESC, Santander, Banpará, BEP, Banrisul, Banese, Lemon Bank, BRB, Nossa Caixa, Mercantil, credit cooperative Sicredi and marketing organization Incentive House will be able to use EverMobile's solution.
M-banking is expectet to have 3mn banking clients linked to RVA within a year, according to ATP sales and marketing director César Franceschi.
The network currently consists of 10,000 access points that serve a total of 35,000 ATMs used by some 13 million banking customers.
